Due to Alabama House Bill 445, we are no longer able to ship any products to or from Alabama, effective June 25, 2025.

All online orders with an Alabama shipping address will be canceled or refunded. This is in compliance with Alabama’s new hemp laws banning direct-to-consumer shipments.

Compliant HB 445 products may still be picked up in person at our Alabama retail location. Please bring a valid government-issued ID showing you are 21 or older.

For products that are federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill but not compliant with Alabama’s HB 445 pickup is available at our Mississippi location. A valid 21+ ID is still required.

Hemp laws are changing rapidly and vary by state, county, and municipality. It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow their local and state laws before purchasing or possessing any hemp-derived products. We make no guarantees regarding legality outside our posted compliant states and reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed non-compliant.
